Amazing Apple Earbuds

These earbuds are great! They are Official Apple Earbuds that came with my Iphone4S. They have a mic and volume control in the hear buds. The earbuds match my Iphone Otterbox. I never lose them and they never get tangled. I do love them. So much I want to sell them to you.. not these exactly but whatever color and make you want. If you want yours to match your Otterbox or Cover I can do that, If you want school colors I can do that if you want one solid color. Anything I can do.

I can either supply the earbuds $40 or you can supply yours $20.

Arkansas Nail and String

Love this Project! I will totally be doing more in different colors. I can not take all the credit for the creativity, I was inspired by Pinterest.

Heres what you need:
12 x 12 inch Board (about 1/2 inch thick)
Acrylic Paint
Sponge Brush to apply paint
nails
Embroidery thread
The outline of whatever image you want to use
pencil
and tools ( the black box is my small tool box)

1. Sand and paint the board (front and back)
2. Tape down and trace the outline of the image (you want to make a indent on the board of what the image is)
3. START Nailing..
4. Then Wrap the String.

If you want one (already made) just email me or buy from ETSY and its yours for $15.

Razorback Stool

Its so great to have something that you have had for years, so long you forgot have you even got it. ha ha.. Yet revamping it to be bling or sports related then do it!

1st things first. Sand, Sand, Sand! I had many palces on this stool that I had bumped it on something and it had stollen some, of whatever it hit, paint. lol It also had a type of gloss on it and I wanted to make sure that I had a great rough surface for the paint to adhere to.

Next Choose a Color. I am obsessed with a few colors right now but RED (RAZORBACK RED) is my latest fav. And put a tarp down! You dont want your concret to be red forever and its awesome for clean up.

PAINT! Yes sounds scary at first but i love it! I used Spray Paint for this project (as you can see in the bottom of the photo). It really just depends on what color you want to use and if you can find one you want. Like I said I love this color and for this project it was perfect.

The Trick with Spray paint is not to hold down the spray while you paint. You need to do "burst" of paint and while those burst need to be directed at the object it also needs to be in a fluid motion. (maybe ill make a video one day). I also keep a small brush with me just in case the paint does start to drip I just brush it out.

Also do one coat and let it sit (for however long the paint can says). I typically do 15-30 min. Then go back with your second coat. Let that dry and then Flip it over and do the under coat.

This may take a day or two but when your not in a hurry then you have a better result.

Now you can do what ever kind of accent you want on this stool. I chose to find an Arkansas Razorback Decal and put it in the middle (on the top) and then I will varnish it. Varnish is a NEW CREATION! for me. But I know it will be great!

As you can see this is not the best accent chair for Mom and Dads house but it is a great stool. I plan on selling it for $20.
I know that its not only a great stool, but it can be a great seat to keep at the house for an extra seat for Game day or a great seat to take for Tailgating.

Tax ID Number and Sole Proprietor

When starting a new business it is key to get it all set up legally and to make sure you can begin to file taxes and pay any kind of fees needed to make a business successful.

The first thing you should decide on is what kind of entity you will legally be. For someone just starting their business it would probably be best to be a Sole Proprietor

"A sole proprietor is someone who owns an unincorporated business by himself or herself. However, if you are the sole member of a domestic limited liability company (LLC), you are not a sole proprietor if you elect to treat the LLC as a corporation."

There are other entities and you can find out which is best for you at IRS.Gov. Yet for most the best and "Fee Free" way is to set it up yourself. The next step is to make sure you have an Tax ID # for businesses it is know as a EID (Employer ID #). Even if you are the only person you employ it is still important to file taxes in a business so you can write off business expenses such as Milage, Computers, Supplies and etc. This is where a great tax guy (Accountant) can answer questions and help establish these things.

I have a great accountant who answers my questions, and helps establish the companies EIN. I highly advice you fine one that knows the law, and will take the time to sit with you and help you through the process. Do not feel you can do this all on your own. Even books and websites can be behind on laws or not know about any new tax credits.

GREAT IDEA: If you have a business that you feel you can trade servies for services try to barter. Just remember the Golden Rule "Treat Others how you would like to be treated."
